Citypoint
Built in 1967 as the London headquarters for British Petroleum, Citypoint was originally titled Britannic House. The building in Ropemaker Street was the first in the City of London to surpass the height of St Paul’s Cathedral. Following a refurbishment in 2000, where an additional 5 metres were added to its height, the 35-storey 127 metre skyscraper was renamed Citypoint.
